For us, modern people, the concept of ecology is associated with the purity and high cost of the eco-product. But what was previously offered by Mother Nature for free is now considered a necessary luxury. High cost remains a constant, but what makes up this cost is a matter requiring OUR UNDERSTANDING and our choice. At the peak of demand, in most cases we pay for brand, advertising, packaging, maintenance. On the share of this very purity there is not a very large percentage. An average of 30%.
Advertising eco products - currently is the most "delicious" design idea. It's no secret that the purity and colors of nature are the most attractive image in the subconscious of man, as part of nature. And in this world there are so many things that purity has become the most commercial product.
And then a natural question arises: "What do we pay for?". It turns out that we are not paying for the presence of components, but for their absence.
Understanding cleanliness
For farm products there are fixed criteria for assessing quality:
We see complete absence. And it turns out that it's more correct not to add something or not to do something. But what then should be present? What in return?
"Every citizen has the right to a favorable environment, to protect it from negative impacts caused by economic and other activities, emergency situations of natural and man-made nature, reliable information on the state of the environment and on compensation for damage to the environment." The Law of the Russian Federation "On the Protection of the Environment" of 10 January 2002, No. 7-FZ. ST.11.
Science ecology
Before proceeding to the elements of metaphysics, let us turn to the official science of ecology.
The origin of the word ecology: the term was invented by the German scientist Ernst Haeckel in 1866. The word consists of two Greek roots: "oicos" - home, refuge, "logos" - science, teaching.
The definition of ecology is: The science of the relationship of living organisms with each other and with the environment.
As you can see, not a word about cleanliness. It is all about organizing certain ecosystems with a certain character of connections, mutual benefits, energy exchange, substances and information. All living systems are therefore open.
Now about metaphysics. In the three components of interchange, only one is tangible. Energy and information - factors are invisible, but without them there is no full connection. These are two-thirds of the basic conditions for the existence of any system.
Our compatriot V.I. Vernadsky, with his teaching about the biosphere, proved that life on earth has a planetary and cosmic significance. He was right that the biosphere is a system of material-energy exchange that promotes the biological cycle of chemical elements and the evolution of all living organisms, including man.
So what are we talking about?
The meaning of the word "ecology", as a science about the house, and also the very essence of this science, which studies the relationships of "household members" living in this house and being a family, speaks for itself. In the family everything is in sight, all resources are distributed as needed. This answers the question of why villagers prefer to keep their cow, and not to buy milk on the nearest farm, although they are employees of this farm. A cow is a member of the family. In addition to feed, she receives love, attention, strength and character traits of her owner. This answers the question why buying milk from peasants, we look at the person, in his eyes and at his hands. This answers the question of why homemade products can not be cheap. They are not just certain substances that feed our bodies. In them, love, zeal, care, work and time of life.
Will you give your household something that is unclean or stale? Why advertising and invented brand for what grows in your eyes and in the land where you grow up and live? Investing its resources in monetary terms, we, figuratively speaking, participate in family management.
And the main idea of this article is not to throw everything and settle in the village (although many do so today), but to make it clearer that the true value of what we eat, how we live, what we acquire and where we acquire . Not every beautiful gently-green label in the store will be able to vouch not just for the ecological purity of the product, but also for intangible terms of the value of the eco-product - the invested energy and quality of the information.
"At present, in Russia, the volume of farm products takes less than 1% of the total volume of food. For comparison, in Europe, this is 5-7% of the total food market. "
