The sports gym on Eco-Village «Nesterov» is a stand-alone modern wooden building with an area of 50 sq.m. The gym is built in full compliance with environmental standards. Heated room, natural ventilation and lighting due to the many windows. The floor and walls inside are wooden. At the entrance is a warm changing room. Outside, the house is surrounded by a boardwalk provided for outdoor activities under a canopy. Ideal for meditation practices, mattress sessions, massage sessions. The building is specially removed from other buildings to create silence and a special atmosphere.
There is near the gym a pond 20x25 meters in area, more than 3 meters deep. A small pier for a paddle-driven wooden raft was created on the pond. In hot days after classes, you can dive right into the clean cool water from the raft.
Also in addition to the sports gym on a flat sandy territory, there is a sports ground with shells and a hanging pear.
For those who like playing table tennis there is a mobile tennis table and rackets. The table in the cold and rainy season can be laid out in the gym, and in good weather, directly on the territory adjacent to the building.
It is convenient to conduct trainings and lectures, musical competitions, workshops. Silence, a bright room, clean air will contribute to the productivity of any occupation.
The gym is perfectly suitable for individual classes, retreats and seminars, which is confirmed by the feedback of the teachers who have already visited us with the seminars.
You can also practice outdoors, which is especially useful for practicing respiratory techniques - an integral part of every health system.
